Capital and owners of shares

The capital of the company from the beginning increased gradually in several stages from 150 million rials to 150 billion rials and then according to the ratification of the Board of Managers in 2007 to 250 billion rials divided into 250 million shares of 1,000 rials. The total increase in the capital of the company since 2006 has been 200 billion rials.

At the present time, 75 percent of the shares of the company belong to Iranian shareholders and the rest 25 percent to foreign investors.
